Founder, Prairie Yogi Inc.
Rachelle Taylor is a love warrior born and raised in the heart of Canada. This gypsy spirit searched far and wide for inspiration, beauty, and bliss around the globe — only to return home to Winnipeg where she founded Prairie Yogi Inc. as an expression of her love for creativity, yoga, and community.
Rachelle discovered yoga after losing her father to cancer in 2006, who taught her at a young age that movement is the best medicine.
A student of yoga for over a decade, Rachelle teaches heart centred vinyasa classes that combine the teachings of the eight limbs of yoga and the wisdom of the chakra system, with real talk and community connections that bring the practice to life.
Owner, The Yoga Barre
Heather Senderewich is a certified yoga, barre, and spin instructor, and has trained at schools in places like Brazil, Kelowna, Vancouver, Minneapolis, and Toronto. After working in the computer technology field for eight years, Heather left to join the amazing team at Moksha Yoga where she had the opportunity to teach over 1500 classes in her four year journey there. In January 2015, Heather started to look into opening her own studio with dreams to create an amazing community of health and wellness in Charleswood, and in August 2016 The Yoga Barre was born.
Using her passion for all things health and wellness, she strives to create programming that will help her students be the best they can be – physically, mentally, and spiritually. When Heather is not at the studio, she enjoys jewelry making, cooking, playing sports (team handball and touch football), and loves to unwind with a nice cup of tea.

TIFFANY BARRETT EYAMIE
Owner, Be Yoga
Tiffany is in her eighth year of studio ownership and expanding the ways she offers her gift of sharing yoga. At her flourishing, community-based studio in St. Boniface, you will find small classes and the opportunity to nourish yourself.
Taking care of yourself is at the core of her offerings, and she is more than a little passionate about this as her life as a yoga instructor comes from a long period of stress, anxiety and work-overload.
Tiffany's certifications and classes range from fun vinyasa flows, to the deep release and relaxation practices of yin and restorative yoga. She is also humbled and grateful to offer more specialized classes to those with cancer (in-treatment and post treatment).
